Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (such as launches or holidays), processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. Orders cannot be shipped to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) or other locations outside the U.S. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items

Some of our items are made-to-order or pre-order. These products have longer lead times, which will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that ordering both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items together may delay your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information
