Return Instructions

We're sorry to hear that you need to return your item. Please follow the steps below to initiate your return:

1. Log in to your account:
– Enter your email address and click 'Continue'.
– Check your inbox for a verification email from our store and copy the six-digit code provided.
– Return to the store and enter the code to log in.

2. Request a return:
– Find the order you'd like to return and click 'Request return'.
– If your order includes multiple items, select the ones you'd like to return.
– Choose a return reason and feel free to add a note - we truly appreciate any details you share since it helps us to improve and serve you better.
– Click 'Request return' to submit.

3. Return approval & shipping:
- If your request is approved and return shipping is required, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.

Please note that a flat return shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged for all returns.
